Lily Barroso
Prior to 2020, I worked with the disabled and Special Needs community. Although, I enjoyed my time helping children with their motor skills and encouraging them to communicate verbally, I found herself fascinated and eager to explore another career path. I enrolled in CUNY’s Dental Assistant Training program at the College of Staten Island, studied Dental Anatomy and Physiology, Infection Control, Procedures, and Oral Radiography and received a certification in Dental Assisting. This path that I’ve chosen has been a blessing in infinite ways. I’m delighted and honored to be part of the dental team at Shine DDS. I’ve been fortunate to meet and work alongside great dentists like Dr. Evelyn Shine.
Christy Gonzalez
My name is Christy Gonzalez, I joined Shine DDS as a Front Desk collaborator. I have worked in many fields of dentistry as an assistant, front desk , office manager and patient advocate. During my tenure at a few offices I have helped the companies at organizing schedules, treatment planning, managing patient affairs and maximizing revenues for the offices. I am a graduate of an international university. I currently live in San Antonio, Texas with my two children. When I am not busy with front desk duties, you can find me spending quality time with my family and friends.
